The increasing human population and the rate at which individuals consume
resources have important implications for the long-term health of the plants
and animals of the planet Earth. In this laboratory students will explore the
consequences of human population growth, and per capita consumption rate, and
examine potential management strategies for controlling the growth rate of
humans.
